Apartment Blues. We’ve all had them. Think of this as an ode to apartment neighbors.
This time I went farther in terms of working off my experience and illustrating it. In constructing this music, I was thinking about the other day– waking up sleepy, riding the green line into downtown, getting my free flu shot (thanks Daley) and coming home.
In thinking about a Halloween song, it’s hard not to have it turn into a cartoon sort of piece. I think got just the right amount of spook. Here’s a Halloween Waltz.
I am enjoying making these pieces fast, and seeing what I get from that. This is an interesting one, I think.
